Shipment processing times
We take pride in processing all orders within 2-7 business days of payment being received in full and taking care that the product is being packaged safely. Orders that have special circumstances such as an autograph or personal message. Please be aware there may be an extra day of processing.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email and keep you updated with transit lead times.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates – International
Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Astraeus Apparel ships to addresses within the U.S.A, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and United Kingdom.
Shipment confirmation & Ordering Process
Once your order has been placed. You will receive an email confirming that your order has been placed and is getting ready to be processed. Once your payment has been received and your order has been dispatched. You will receive a shipping confirmation email advising you of your tracking number(s). That you can use to keep track of your order.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Astraeus Apparel is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).
All customs and taxes related to Your Order are the responsibility of the customer. Any fees imposed during or after shipping must be paid by the customer (tariffs, taxes). Shipments outside the USA may be charged customs fees depending on the country of destination.
Damages
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
