Thank you for shopping with Astraeus Apparel. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you in efficiently returning and receiving a refund if agreed upon.


If an item has been misprinted, damaged or defective, a claim must be submitted within 4 weeks after receiving the product. For shipping loss claims, the claim can not be submitted more than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved and deemed to be an error on our accord, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Wrong Address

If a customer’s address is deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and when applicable).
